| dc.description.abstract | This document contains the detailed descriptions and overview of the system developed for the Meru Water and sewerage services company (MEWASS), it aids in the transmission of data from and to the field via using an Android mobile device. It also maps out the meter in tne region covered by MEWASS. The system is mobile based and it enhances use of technology by providing a forum for field agents and their supervision to share information in real time, regardless of their physical location.
